Our highlight in May was a trip to Nice for VanillaPlus, shooting a couple of talking heads at the TM Forum Management World 2010. It was work, it just didn't always feel like it! Our interviewees may have been speaking a language we didn't always understand (that's Telco, by the way, not French), but the sky was blue, the sun was hot, and life could have been worse....
